Social Programme

(all the social events are included in the conference fee)

Excursion to oil-shale mine museum – Oct 20 (Thursday), 15.00-18.00

NB! Conference buses will take participants on Oct. 20 (Thursday) from Tallinn directly to Oil Shale Mining Museum and excursion in the oil shale region (see Transport). We plan to be in the Mining Museum appproximately by 15.00-15.30. Approximately at 18.00 we depart from the Mining Museum to Toila. Be prepared for some walking outside during the sight-seeing. It may occasionally be muddy. You may also skip the walk outside given you do not plan to take the “outdoor” shoes.

Get-Together-Party - Oct 20 (Thursday) – 20.30

Local wine-and-Estonian cheese party – Oct 21 (Friday) – 19.00

Participants (we have participants from 17 different countries!) are kindly asked to take with them a bottle of wine/drink characteristic to their home country and introduce that to other participants.

Banquet – Oct 22 (Saturday) – 20.00
